(Clears throat) Ladies and gentlemeeeeeeeeeeen... NoobFeed proudly announces it's February 14th (voice from the crowd: tell me something I don't know *huge laugh follows*).
One year ago, NoobFeed officially launched. Carried away by the love for gaming, three people Ron, Craig and Dragan made this a reality. I felt honoured, proud and lucky at the same time that I was able to help them from official day one. I don't know what your expectations were for that first year lads, but I can assure you that you’ve done pretty damn well.
Inspired by Def Leppard’s Let’s get rocked, here’s a part of my blog that I posted one year ago:
I'm so happy and proud of you guys that you finally managed to make it. When serbsta told me some time ago that him, Ron and Craig were seriously thinking of launching their own gaming site, I told him that I'd fully support them and here I am. I wanna wish you all the best for this try and wanna assure you that I'm gonna try and help with all my strengths, simply for one reason lads : you are the future.
Since then the site has changed, both in quality and quantity. I met some very nice new people in here and I feel blessed for that, while the power of friendship grew stronger for the ones that I already knew. Its power lies into the very nice community, which grows bigger day by day, slowly but steadily. I hate long speeches, after all the love for something or someone should be proved with actions, not words… Happy birthday NoobFeed, you‘re a little baby with a heart of a tiger.
P.S. Message from the outer world… Had a chat with Freddie today and told him there are some people that share the same dream, the same hope, the same VISION. And that today they have a small anniversary. He told me to dedicate this song to you all, who make this place a reality, who work hard for it and never give up. This one’s for you…
