First of all, we would like to apologize for the site downtime. It was because we've tested some new features and we would like to see if everything was in good shape for everyone to use them. The new features were suggested by a few NoobFeed members but they are for everyone at NoobFeed.com.
WYSIWYG EDITOR
A new and improved text editor is now available for all. You can see it in every forum and you can even use it if you want to type a blog. Please take note that the Preview button is also available. Instead of editing your blog post, you can click it and you can change if something is not like the way you want. Note: WYSIWYG stands for: What you see is what you get.
Note that, you can now upload images directly from your computer using the Upload feature and using the Browse Server option you can use images which have already been added to our site.
PERSONAL MESSAGES
When you want to PM a certain member, you can use the WYSIWYG editor as well. You can also add links, images, align text, change font, add color to text and a variety of new features. It's easier to use and it's a real inprovement. Please take note that the Preview button is also available. Instead of editing your blog post, you can click it and you can change if something is not like the way you want.
LAST LOGIN DATE
You can find this feature in any user profile. It's located in the right side below the user emblems. You want to check a friend that you don't see for a while. Go to his/her profile url and you can check it form there. Basically, it says when was the last time that your friend has used the site.
HISTORY TAB
A new tab can now be found in your profile. It is mainly an update for everyone that checks your profile. It will tell them what have you done in the site: wrote a blog, posted a thread in the forums, wrote a comment.
USER NOTIFICATION
The user notification is in the right side of your profile. You'll receive a notification when an user mention ed you using the @technique. I can give an example: You wrote a blog, a friend asked you something in the same blog. You've answered using @ followed by his/her username. That user will receive a notification. w00t!!
PERSONAL MESSAGES
If you want to send personal messages to your friends, you can now go to his/her profile and send it from there.
