"Awesome"? I don't know about that. I mean, don't get me wrong, you guys are nice and all -- and maybe this is just me -- but the community here just doesn't feel... inviting. When I look at the forums and see the conversations that happen here, I feel as though I'm intruding on a very tight group of friends.
I feel as though I don't belong. (Though given that I'm just a lowly freelancer writing here, I'm probably not supposed to feel like I belong.)
Add to the fact that all the videogame specific boards are practically dead (seriously, what is up with that?), and you've got yourself an inactive community who has little to no actual interest in discussing videogames at length. If you guys are wondering why we don't get more users posting the forums and such, that's probably why.
Again, you guys are a nice group, but the image you guys give off isn't exactly the most inviting in the world.
Okay, rant over. Sorry if I offended or ticked off anyone, and for derailing the thread.
