Im still having problems with the curser doing everything that David_D mentioned. And I haven't switched to Modzilla or Chrome because my browising is slowed wayyyyyyy down with them. I guess I'll just deal with it because I need as much speed as I can get with Dial up internet.

on a side note

@David_D

If you spelled it DaviD_D it looks like you have a face in your name!!!

Yes, I've even thought people were talking to me before when they used that as a face and had to do a double take when scrolling through to make sure they weren't. But back to the topic at hand, then it might very well be because you are on dial up since I can't test that since I use high speed. So for now, unless anyone can think of something else then you'll just have to make do, but later on I will bring up IE and see if I can find a way to get it to stop doing that for you. Cutting down on toolbars with IE can definitely help your browsing speed as well though since they won't have to load every time the page does and could also be a part of the cause for it since the toolbars might still be loading in the background even though it says "Done" on the status bar.

Try that with Mozilla as well and see if it gets the cursor to stop acting up on you and also improve your loading speed, if you need more help in figuring out how to remove toolbars from either browser feel free to PM me as well and I can walk you through doing that. Another thing to try is clicking on the "Source" button located on your Editor above the post box and disabling it for the post (there is no way to set it default off) since it might be the Editor causing it because of the dial up as well and the extra HTML it's constantly moving around in the background of your post as you type, etc. They are all things to try, and more importantly get out of the way if they don't work that way in the future if you get high speed internet and still have the same issue they will be eliminated and we can start looking for something else other than the dial up possibility. Hopefully one of those suggestions helps you though. Smile
