Seriously? That's awesome to find another Buckeye fan here when it's so difficult to find someone who is even a fan of basketball or football.

RE: KING: i live in Cleveland, ao it's always been sort of the 'home team' to me, at least as far as DIV. 1 goes. My sister went to Kent State, which I'm closer to,but that was many moons ago, and they have always had a lousy football squad

I follow march madness, but it's somewhat of a football withdrawal mechanism!

RE: Steven" Could you be so bold as to share your college's name?

RE: Tanya: Where I live, they call that 'intermurals" and it is very popular, as lots of people want to stay active and socialize.even if not highly skilled There are many leagues,  even for 40+ older adults - who need the workout

Okay, peeps, time to get all silly and foam at the mouth about American college football. The first TV games are on Sept. 2nd, so start your countdown clocks! I wonder if Kent State will have a winning season this year.Hey , anything's possible. Central Michigan is serious, and Michigan ~still~ is stinging from that Appalachian State loss. (not to mention Toledo)I tihnk the Wolverines will bounce back this year, not that I want them to.
