I think this emblem is handpicked. Users who have good knowledge about upcoming and new games are given this emblem. If you check the users have unlocked it; fishdalf, ILIAS and canana. All three of them are like news machines
What is fun about emblems is the unkown requirements for unlocking them. This one is so obvious that there's no secret about it.
