I have couple quick questions: Is linked text allowed? Also, can I center my image?
Yes, linked text is allowed. But please avoid external links, if possible. The only issue is about linked signatures, but it would be better if you could avoid that, thanks in advance.

Guys a good size for sigs would be like 300 x 120-150 that is a size I always use

300 x 120-150 is a fine size and your sig looks great But you need to remove the external likes from both your sig and tag. Check the first post of this thread for more detail.
My sig has external links. Will these be an issue?
