believe what you want, but the amount of 360 RRoD reports i've heard are enough to convince me this research is pretty reliable

bruno, its not research, its a survey. YOu are going off the fact that you hope that all the people htat entered this poll is not lying. There is no way that this can be proven true or false without actual hardware tests.

and you are considering most (if not all) are fanboys that only did it to ruin the 360's reputation.

 

and as far as i know, microsoft's the only one that has to recommend players to keep their consoles as ventilated as possible... the place where my wii stays would probably overheat a 360...

key word in that statement is probably... and that can be flipped around, you are acting like almost every person answering that poll are 360 owners and not fanboys. and I just realized, why does it seem like me and you are the only ones that seem to care about this? Tongue out

Truth is that many 360 consoles have experienced the "red ring" problem. And truth is that since I replaced mine, my 360 runs smoothly as ever.

Come on guys. Do we seriously have to debate on whether or not the 360 is the least reliable console this gen? It's been made pretty obvious that it's not even close. How about we change "this gen" to "all-time" and we may have a discussion.

 I think its pretty obvious that the all time most unreliable console is the virtual boy, you cant even play it for more then an hour without burning your eyes.

That would make it bad, not unreliable.

From my experience, the Xbox 360 is unreliable, but the customer service that Microsoft has (replacing RRoD consoles) makes up for the quality of the console.
