After being announced last year, Mirage: Arcane Warfare has left alpha stage and is heading for a full release. Developed by Torn Banner Studios, the guys responsible for medieval decapitation simulator Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, the game is set to release on the 23rd of May. Mirage: Arcane Warfare spices up the recipe in Chivalry with the addition of magic, in the shape of different skills each class has access to. The closed beta will contain 11 maps and 5 game modes, with some more to come in beta patches or after release. A tutorial that familiarizes players with the game's mechanics was also added.
If you hurry, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is free on Steam for a few hours, remaining in your library should you redeem it on time. While you're at it, have a look at the detailed patch notes for the Mirage: Arcane Warfare closed beta. The game will be available on the 23rd of May for 27,99€. Pre-ordering comes with closed beta access and a 10% discount.
