To many it came as a total shock, and to others it seemed pretty obvious, but regardless of your powers of prediction; Super Mario Galaxy is making a return.
There wasn’t much information given by Nintendo, but what we did gather from the short clip was that the game looks similar to its predecessor, and looks set to provide us with more impressive 3D platforming action. That’s not all though, it looks like they’ll be integrating a few 2D side-scrolling levels to keep those nostalgia lovers amongst us happy.
The biggest thing from the trailer, however, was the return of Mario being able to ride Yoshi. Something he first did almost two decades ago with the release of Super Mario World. The Bee Mario suit is also set to make a return.
