This just in; we’re giving more stuff away. Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising is a Roman mythology MMORPG, available at retail on June 24.  If you’d like to have a go at chopping off the heads of beasts and gods before that, then listen up.

Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising gives new meaning to the term 'bullshot'.

This true clash of the titans takes a few spins on the MMO concept, such as recruiting over 130 minions or building a home out of your Ancestral Estate. While the first is already good for some varying gameplay, the latter in particular has big promises to be worked out in great detail, offering a lot of side activity. Choosing from 4 classes, each character will represent a demigod and set out into the Roman Empire to defend its values and defeat the evil deities ahead. It makes me think of a larger scale Titan Quest and that Diablo clone was incredibly awesome already. You can get the complete low-down on anything you’d need to know by going to the website. I was told that the game runs a smooth barebones version on even the most antique rigs, so don’t be taken aback by the system requirements.

The full feature of the game will come with a subscription price of $9.99 for 1 month, $27.99 for 3 months, $54.99 for 6, $99.99 for a year or even a lifetime subscription for $199.99. That’s even more reasons to cheapskate out (or into) this deal, by trying out the Closed Beta right now.

To win a Beta key for Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising simply comment below why you’d want to win it! If you want to follow me on Twitter and announce your love for me, that’s also nice of you.
