Have you tried "pecel"??  Category: Food

Pecel is an indonesian traditional food (i'm indonesian allright^.^) that mainly consists vegetables. Like spinach, long beans, and "kemangi" leaves. Originally comes from madiun, east java, pecel offers great taste of sweet-spicy taste that'll pamper your tongue(it's my favorite food xDD). Many people in Indonesia sells pecel. It's about Rp 8.000 or 90 cents each serves, beside it's healthy, it's cheap! Oh yeah, pecel is not only consists vegetables, it can added by some "bakwan"(a mix of flour, water, vegetables, then fried in hot oil),shrimp. Pecel also have special sauce, it's made by crunched nuts, chillies, red sugar, and water. put them in the "cobek"(Indonesian traditional crunching machine that uses stone). So, are you interested?

Visit our country! Indonesia.

-sorry for my bad english >,<

you're going love our cuisine. specially if you're fond of spicy food. umm..not sure about vegetable, but you'll love fish and Hotchpotch. though i always perfer meat with Hotchpotch though.

i hardy go for local cuisine these days btw. Dhaka is filled with plenty of foreign restaurants and most of 'em serve really good quality food.

it'll be nice to see you btw. i've never been to Indonesia yet. but i might. this coming summer i'm planning to visit Egypt. so, may be in a summer next to that Wink

@ wicked: lol. if you seriously want to visit Indonesia. i might take you with me too. cos, as, you're the first Bangladeshi to get along with the NoobFeed board Wink
