Got Valkyria Chronicles Category: Games

I traded in Mag to Gamestop this morning, which allowed me to pick up Valkyria Chronicles for -$1.46. Yep, I'm getting paid $1.46 to play it instead of Mag. Haven't had the chance to play it yet, and I might wait a day or so because I want to finish and review Splinter Cell: Double Agent before starting something else. Plus I'm addicted to NBA 2K10 right now.

Was MAG a bad game? Just wondering because I am desperately burned on MW2... thinking about trading it in.

@-Moroes- : Not bad, just got boring after a few months. It really depends if you like team based FPS games. Have you read my review of it?

@Sleven : I've been playing frequently since Christmas, and I'm not even close to being tired of it yet. This is why sports games are my favorite genre. The good ones have so much depth. I'll still have things to do when 2K11 is coming out.

I can understand that feeling. Same thing happened to me with PES2010. Been playing it for months and still not satisfied. Anyway, I might buy 2k11 when it'll come out. Haven't bought any basketball game since NBA 2000.

I was playing Splinter Cell Double Agent. I havent finished the game yet but the game is good.

@bigbadsad : Oh yeah, it's not a very common game, but luckily two GameStops about 30-40 minutes away had some copies.

Nice work, hope you like the new game and I've heard good things about it even if it's a type of game that definitely is out of my interest zone. I need to pick up a good baseball game soon once I finish all my other gaming since like yourself I do tend to enjoy the sports games.

@David_D : Make sure it's The Show and not a 2K. I don't know how big of a baseball fan you are, but if you're not a huge follower you can save a lot by picking up an older version. I have 09 and it is good.
