Sword of the Stranger Category: Anime

I'm not a big fan of Anime series, neither I follow any. But today I went to a friends place and he was watching this movie. I tagged along and watched it too. It was fun watching it.

It's a story of a little boy needed to survive from an evil lord, who believe he can be immortal by drinking his blood at the right clock hour. Then comes the warrior who saves him through out the movie and defeat the empire and his army.

Despite watching a couple of animes, I'm still not a big fan lol, but seeing as those who have seen it seem to have liked it, especially you who is, I believe, even less of a fan than I am, I'll consider watching it if I ever get around to it.

Well, I have't seen that many anime movies, (as I watch anime by the series ) but if I were to recommend something related then I guess it would be the movies made by Studio Ghibli like Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, etc. They're more like combination of anime and cartoons, but are sure worth seeing. You could also try Vampire Hunter D(: Bloodlust) though it's more focused on the action than on the "human" part of the story.

One of my friends is huge fan of Anime series & he has lots of episodes. I ask him regarding this movie within a minute he find it out and give me copy. Also informed I can watch in YouTube too. Here is a link who wants to watch online.

I have a weakness for sword fighting. The last samurai is my favorite movie because of very good sword fighting sequences. But I'm not sure how much I'll enjoy it in an Anime movie.

@Ron I think you'd love it. I've seen some hell of awesome Sword fights in animes (i spent all day today and will spend most of tomorrow watching Zoids: New Century) So you may like it. If not, We can watch Gundam... I don't care if you don't like Animes, you'll LOVE Gundam.

The last samurai I own it, and it is very good, I don't think i've found another more yet with better sword fighting but A Knight's Tale, and Crouching Tiger hidden Dragon had some Awesome fights.

@Sleven I'm flaturred you would think of my book. Maybe i should get back to work on it...

@Sleven hehe yet. Spoiler time. The next few chapters will be interesting becuase i know everyone is mostlikely forgetting one very important thing that was mentioned several times near the end of the last 3 chapters. This little thing will pretty much be the rest of the story from here on. can you guess it?

@Knight : Like I said before in your last chapter that you seem to have killed the main character in that fight. I'm guessing you are going to do something with that!

@Arctic : Since you are watching Anime's, I recommend you watch it. Believe it or not, this is my very first anime movie ever
