Oh and as a special treat for reading my blog, I will officially unveil to you the next level name...
Level 48 - The Lord Of Infinity
Originally taken from Valhalla And The Lord Of Infinity, which was a UK-based adventure game release on the Amiga back in 1994. The Lord Of Infinity was an evil fellow who killed the king and took his position on the thrown. It was your job as the Prince of Valhalla to avenge your father's death and finally rid the place of evil.
The game is known to be the first ever Amiga adventure to include in-game speech.
Given its popularity two more adventures were spawned, Valhalla: Before the War. and Valhalla And The Fortress Of Eve, which added a 3D element to proceeding's. There have been rumours of a fourth game being made, but nothing has been set in stone just yet.
If you want to check out the adventures for yourselves, which the developers, Vulcan Software, have happily restored and converted into PC games, then you can do so by clicking here.
