1348 Ex Voto Guide | How to Find All Treasures

In 1348 Ex Voto, you must travel through towns filled with sickness to find your friend, Bianca. As you move through the chapters, you can collect Treasures that become part of a gift for her. Some of these items are difficult to see, so you need to look at each area very closely. Finding all of them will help you finish one of the twenty achievements in the game. This guide explains where to find every piece of Treasure across the different chapters.

Prelude and Mountains

The first Treasure is called the Ex-Voto. You do not have to search for this one because you get it during a cutscene at the end of the Prelude. Just finish the first chapter and it will be yours. In the Mountains chapter, you will find San Leone. As you walk toward the keep, you will see a church at the top of a long climb. Go inside and look at the Lectern to find the item on top.

Forest and Villa

When you reach the Forest, look for San Francesco. You should follow the stream and check the areas around it. Eventually, you will find walls that you can jump along. The Treasure is sitting on a box at the very end of these walls. In the Villa chapter, you will find San Clemente. After you talk to the Flagillanti Priest, go through the gardens and crumbling walls. You will need to climb stone steps. Look for a Statue in one of the gardens. You can get to it by going through an archway on the left side.

Town and Ruins

In the Town chapter, you will look for San Antonio. While you explore, you will see a Flagillanti Priest walking on a path above you. Go upstairs to an upper courtyard and look for an orange glow between the houses. Drop down into that space and move the wooden box away from the wall to find the Treasure behind it. You can use the same box to climb back up. In the Ruins, you will find Santa Barbara. This area is like a labyrinth, so move carefully. Do not go near the Flagillanti until you have the item. Go into the underground section where you see a reddish light. There is a Shrine near a collapsed wall where the item is hidden.

Countryside and Siege

When you are in the Countryside, look for Santa Quiteria. After you pass the abandoned mill, you will find warm waters. The Treasure is sitting on a table near the waterfall. In the Siege chapter, you will find Santa Gertrude. You will see a trebuchet far away and then climb over some rocks. After you fight the knights on the other side, do not go forward yet. Instead, turn right and go toward the Campfire to find the item.

The Castle

The final Treasure is in the Castle chapter and is called San Giorgio. You will walk through the master's chambers and a garden as you explore the castle. Eventually, you will reach a Chapel. Look in the corner of this room near a body to find the last item. Collecting this will complete the set for Bianca.
