Fallout 76 recently released and while the game does give you the basics there are some things the game doesn't tell you. Here are 5 things Fallout 76 doesn't tell you.

Travel Inside

To fast travel in Fallout games you had to be outside, not in Fallout 76. Players can fast travel while inside but only outside of combat. You can also fast travel to Vault 76 and your camp for free if you're low on Caps. Why do you need caps to fast travel, because Bethesda said so.

One Person Event

Events are active missions that anyone can join. Players just have to enter the area but you don't have to participate. While you should pull your own weight if you happen to be in the area of an active event that you have no interest of taking part in you'll still be rewarded if the mission is completed and you're the vicinity.

Respawning Loot

Fallout 76 is an MMO and this means that loot will respawn. Critical resources needed for repairs and crafting will respawn when enough time has passed. So keep track of specific items that house items you need.

Avoiding PvP

Players can shoot one another but if you want to avoid combat just don't attack. PvP damage will only trigger if both players start to attack one another.

Enemies Respawn Fast

The enemy respawn rate in Fallout 76 is much higher than previous games. It's common to see an entire squad of enemies just appear out of nowhere or after you took them all out. Whether this is a bug or intentional is something the game doesn't tell you. Be aware of your surroundings and also have an exit planned.
