Heading into the unknown to explore hidden areas or experience a legendary story. Adventure games provide access to places that cannot exist in reality. Here are NoobFeed's best adventure games of 2019.

Nominees

Mosiac,NoobFeed,

Mosaic

Mosaic takes the idea of being trapped in a routine to the extreme. With the world completely devoid of color or individuality. Everything is bland and mute, even the protagonist. Everything is told through actions and what you see. Taking on meaningless tasks like a cog in a machine but without any of the zeal that comes with such a purpose. It's not a game for everyone but the message it tells leaves an impression.

The Outer Worlds, Best Adventure Game of 2019, GOTY Edition

The Outer Worlds

Head into the unknown and explore new worlds where capitalism has run wild. Taking reference from their past work on Fallout: New Vegas Obsidian Entertainment crafted the best new outer space odyssey. Where you as the player create your own story. Be a hero, villain, or idiot. It's your choice as you venture to various worlds and meet dozens of people who can aid or exploit. The Outer Worlds is the start of something amazing and hopefully, we'll see this new franchise expanded on.

Luigi's Mansion 3, Best Adventure Game of 2019, GOTY Edition

Luigi's Mansion 3

Luigi is back and ready to hunt ghosts. Mario, Peach, and 2 Toads have been tricked and kidnapped by King Boo and his new all Hellen Gravely. Now trapped Luigi dawns the Poltergust once again and travels up the hotel to save his brother and friends.

Luigi's Mansion 3 provides the same iconic ghost-hunting gameplay that made this franchise a cult hit. With unique boss encounters on each floor and dozens of puzzles to solve. Luigi's new ally Gooigi is a new fantastic addition to the Mario universe and is incorporated into the game in many creative ways. Taking advantage of his immortality and goo body.

Luigi's Mansion 3 is charming and one of the most fun adventures this year.

Life is Strange 2, Best Adventure Game of 2019, GOTY Edition

Life is Strange 2

The finale for Life is Strange 2 recently released, ending this long tale of Sean and Daniel. After a tragic event that resulted in the death of their father Sean must travel across the United States and get to Mexico. All while taking care of his little brother Daniel who has god-like powers.

Sean's decisions not only change the adventure's direction but also alter Daniel's behavior. Resulting in 1 of several endings, each with a profound conclusion. Life is Strange 2 is a deeply emotional adventure of 2 brothers who go through hell and back constantly.

Indivisible, Best Adventure Game of 2019, GOTY Edition

Indivisible

Indivisible can be polarizing at times. The incredible visuals and beautiful character designs are definitely the game's highlight. However, the protagonist Ajna can be very unlikeable at times. With the game's narrative taking a while to gain traction. However, the strong active combat system coupled with rich presentation helps overshadow the game's slow start.

Days Gone, Best Adventure Game of 2019, GOTY Edition

Days Gone

Days Gone launched with a lot of issues but the core game still delivered on providing a different take on the zombie apocalypse. With the Freaker virus transforming humans in feral creatures able to evolve within weeks into highly deadly creatures. The protagonist Deacon Saint John goes through many mental and physical battles as he attempts to keep those close to him alive and himself stable.
