Dragon Ball FighterZ All Stages and Characters

Dragon Ball FighterZ is finally out with a combination of iconic stages, characters, and an original story with a unique character. Called Android 21 this new villain is playable and looks like the Majin race, complete with pink skin and puffy white pants. With the game finally out let us tell you, everyone, you can play as and what stages are available.

Android 21
Unique to Dragon Ball FighterZ and officially a canon character Android 21 is the most dangerous fighter created by Dr. Gero. As a scientist for the Red Ribbon Army she just as smart as her creator and is composed of cells from the greatest fighters. In her fighting form, she'll take on the form of Majin Buu, complete with pink skin and puffy white pants. And yes, she does have a candy beam.

Goku
It isn't a Dragon Ball game without Goku and he comes packing two Kamehameha super moves and one extra super move that sees him transform into his Super Saian 3 form before delivering one massive Kamehameha. 

Vegeta

If Goku is part of the game then you must have Vegeta. A villain turned good he has loads of great beam attacks including the Galick Gun, Big Bang Attack, and his iconic move Final Flash.

Gohan (Teen version)

This version of Gohan still defeated Cell and still has his arm. In FighterZ Gohan has all his baseline attacks including his Father-Son Kamehameha.

Trunks (Super Saiyan Future version)
This version of Trunks messed up the timeline but saved Earth from oblivion on multiple occasions. Trucks sport the same look when he first appeared before being trained by his father. Mobile and lethal with his sword Trucks has a special secret cutscene after defeating Frieza that fans will remember.

Krillin
Krillin is Goku’s original training partner, best friend, and considering one of the most powerful humans Krillin isn't afraid of hopping into battle against aliens. He may have retired from fighting to support his family but Krillin is still one of the most capable fighters in Dragon Ball.

Piccolo
Powerful, moody, and green Piccolo is Gohan's spiritual father who raised him into the warrior and father he is today. In fact, Piccolo trained all of Goku's children including Vegeta's son Trunks so he definitely earned the title of Master. Complete with his Special Beam Cannon and Hellzone Grenade Piccolo can control the battlefield by keeping his opponent off balance with a constant barriage of Ki attacks.  

Frieza
The most iconic villain in the Dragon Ball universe and the most tyrannical Frieza comes complete with his Golden Form and sadist attitude. Simply put, Frieza is a monster who takes pleasure in humiliating his opponent before killing them.

Cell
Cell, created from a mixture of DNA scraped from the best fighters in the universe; he enjoys drinking people. In Dragon Ball FighterZ he’s a highly mobile opponent with command grabs. 

Buu
Mr. Satan convinced the good nature Buu to turn away from destruction and instead embrace the goodness in him. However, his fighting style hasn't changed with outlandish attacks such as turning people into candy and pummeling people into the ground. Buu uses in strength and size to overwhelm his opponent.

Android 18 (with Android 17)
Instead of making them into 2 separate fighters Ark System Works has Android 18 and 17 work together, seems fitting since they're brother and sister. Dawning her Red Ribbon outfit 18 and her brother work together to bring the pain.

Android 16
Android 16 is actually modeled after the dead son of his creator and designed as a suicide bomber against Goku, he actually turned out to be a pretty good guy. Like in the anime Android 16 uses close-range combat to utterly beat his enemies into the ground but still has access to his Rocket Punch for long range attacks.

Tien Shinhan (with Chiaotzu)
Tien Shinhan is another superhuman, but unlike Krillen has never retired from being a warrior. He can summon his best friend and training partner Chiaotzu to prevent his opponent from using their moves to let you begin your attack.

Yamcha
Yamcha may be the most joked about character in Dragon Ball but in FighterZ is a force to be reckoned with. Yamcha all about rushing down the opponent with high speed and quick but weak attacks such as his Wolf Fang Fist. 

Captain Ginyu (and the Ginyu Force)
Captain Ginyu works for Frieza and isn't alone. Like Android 18 he has his allies, the Ginyu Force. In Dragon Ball FighterZ he makes heavy use of them as assist characters, with Ginyu’s core moves involving calling in his friends Guldo, Recoome, Jeice and Burter to help him out. This does may Ginyu hard to fight with due to his fighter having a unique attack but that level of choice also makes his a difficult opponent.

Nappa
Nappa also used to be Vegeta’s partner before ending his relationship with a blast. Nappa is a big and powerful, even though he's not a Super Saiyan. He also has some really useful ranged techniques such as the ability to summon an explosion at the feet of his opponent in an instant and plant Saibamen.

Gotenks
Gotenks is one of the most inexperienced and cocky characters in the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster but makes up for it in raw power. Able to sustain a Super Saiyan 3 form and equipped with bizarre attacks such as his Kamikaze Ghost attack and Volley Ball attack Gotenks is all about quick burst attacks and rushing his opponent.

Gohan (Adult version)
Gohan has 2 forms in Dragon Ball FighterZ, teen, and adult. While the same person their skills are different. Adult Gohan can use Unlock Potential super, a huge buff for the character’s skills.

Kid Buu 

Kid Buff is the most violent and unpredictable fighter in Dragon Ball FighterZ. Using his flexiable body Kid Buu can attack from anywhere, but it leaves his exposed. Kid Buu is all about unpredictability and destructive power.

Hit

Hit is an assassin from Universe 6 able to skip time using his ability fittingly named Time Skip. The time skip is used in a bunch of Hit’s moves including his supers and a command dash, and he’s a dangerous close-combat rush-down character as a result.

Beerus
Beerus may be the God of Destruction but he's beatable in Dragon Ball Fighter Z. Perhaps one of the most difficult fighters to use Beerus uses an array of multi-directional Ki blasts and can summon orbs either as a barrier or projectiles. 

Goku Black
Goku's evil half gets a slot in Dragon Ball FigherZ. Like Android 18 and Captain Ginyu Goku Black is accompanied with his ally Future Zamasu. Dawning his Super Saiyan Rose form Goku Black uses his Violent Fierce God Slicer and Sickle of Sorrow for deadly melee attacks.

Super Saiyan Blue Goku & Vegeta

As Goku and Vegeta's most powerful forms these characters are available to those who pre-order the game or earn them.

Characters are great but the scenery is just as important. Here are all the stages available in the game.
