Far Cry 5: How to Get A Plane for Free and Early

Far Cry 5 has a lot of ways one can travel; foot, car, or plane. There's a way to score yourself a plane early on. However, make sure you have the Parachute and Grappling Hook perks.

To get the free plane you'll have to head north to the area called the Whitetail Mountains. Just north of the F.A.N.G. Center players can recruit the beat Cheeseburger in the "Fangs for Hire" mission is an airstrip called Lansdowne Airstrip.

You'll find a locked hanger with the surrounding area revealing clues that suggest the player can glide off the nearby tower to land on the roof of the building. This will unlock the quest "Hangar Pains".

Look south of the Hangar mentioned in the note. Jump off the tower, use the parachute and land on the roof. Check the west wall to find the button that opens the Hangar. This will end the mission and give players access to the Pack Hunter plane.
