This treasure requirement is pretty simple, locate 5 bodies and throw them into the fire. Light the fire and locate the bodies found here.

Next to the Pyre
On top of the cliff, directly above Pyre
The left side of Pyre sitting on the bench
Inside Shack
The right side of the shack on the platform

Burn the bodies and behind the Pyre is the hole to the treasure.
