Evil Happy is an optional fight within Happy's Humble Burger Farm that only appears if you get 3 infractions while working at the restaurant. Here's how to beat her.

After 3 strikes Evil Happy will appear, changing the environment to look like something out of Silent Hill. Evil Happy only attacks if you take your eyes off her so keep her in your line of sight.

To defeat her you must get a spoiled patty from the freezer. Once collected start grilling until it turns green then prepare a sandwich. Once done throw it at the demon cow it'll make a run for it.
