Top V Most Annoying Achievements

Many of us spend hundreds of hours trying to complete each game. Whether it’s the the inner completionist constantly demanding us to sacrifice more time or trying to find every hidden clue we’ve all encounter that one achievement that requires more time and effort to complete. Only those willing to commit to these special achievements can obtain them, here’s the top five most annoying achievements ever. Since we’re talking about achievements, not trophies, this list will only contain Xbox titles. 

5. Seriously - Gears of War

Epic Games first step in what would become a series of increasingly difficult accomplishments. The first seriously achievement required players to kill 10,000 players in ranked multiplayer only. All other modes didn’t count towards this achievement, which meant dedication a large portion of your time focusing on killing players over everything else.

4. Did I just Win…AGAIN?! - Bomberman Live

You won one match in Bomberman Live, congratulations! Now win 9 more matches, in a ranked tournament, and make sure no one leaves early. That’s right, this achievement requires so many steps to unlock the only way to guarantee getting this one is to coordinate with other players. The honor system will just leave you anger and wondering why you wasted all your time on a mere 25G.

3. Grand Pearl Pooh-Bah - Hexic HD

What looked like a simple puzzle game Hexic HD challenged anyone attempting to obtain every achievement. The Grand Pearl Pooh-Bah in particular required players to think multiple moves ahead, with a lot of your future move relying on luck. Getting one piece surrounding on six black pearls was an accomplishment worth much more than 25G.

2. All Multiplayer Achievements - Perfect Dark Zero

To unlock all the multiplayer achievements in Perfect Dark Zero you will need to play over 1000 rounds, and that’s for one achievement for a specific mode! It didn’t help that Perfect Dark Zero was a horrible game. The only reason to play this poorly developed title simply because it came from greatness and it was a launch title for the Xbox 360. Unless you enjoy pain, avoid plaguing your Xbox profile with this disease.

1. Seriously 3.0 - Gears of War 3

If you thought the other seriously achievements were upsetting you haven’t seen the requirements for Seriously 3.0. Taking the this achievement to new heights this award is only given to the most hardcore and dedicated Gears of War 3 fan. To obtain this achievements players must reach level 100, which isn’t too difficult, and earn all 65 Oynx medals. If you’re planning to get this achievement now, word of advice: don’t.
