The season will introduce three new downloadable fighters: Robert James the Wolf Ranger from Power Rangers Jungle Fury, Lauren Shiba the Red Samurai Ranger from Power Rangers Super Samurai, and a third mystery character. However, based on their silhouette, fans of the series already suspect it to be Scorpina from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Each character can be purchased separately for $5.99, or as a season pass bundle for $14.99. The pass will also grant an exclusive Phantom Beast skin for the season two character Dai Shi.

In addition to paid content, season three will feature a new free Megazord Ultra in the form of the Samurai Megazord. nWay also detailed that Megazord Ultras will be reworked to use only the Megazord Revenge meter and no longer require one of your three characters to have been knocked out.

Season three is currently scheduled to roll out at the end of June, with content spread over a number of months.
