In an official statement:

We believe VR is the future of gaming, and we’re excited that our partners agree. Having released Eagle Flight, Werewolves Within, and Star Trek™: Bridge Crew with Oculus, Ubisoft is now bringing two of its AAA franchises to VR with new entries in the Assassin’s Creed and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell universes. Both games are being developed from the ground up by Ubisoft’s Red Storm in collaboration with Ubisoft Reflections, Ubisoft Dusseldorf, and Ubisoft Mumbai. We’re excited to share more with you soon, so stay tuned!

Other games include Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy Edge, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, Pistol Whip 2089, and many other titles.

Currently, the Oculus has not been popular among gamers because of Facebook. The massive social media platform has a notorious history of promoting factual incorrect news, collecting information on their users, and from personal experience trying to legalize mobile sports gambling in New York. In addition, Facebook is going to require a Facebook login to use the device in the future which a lot of people hate.

Ubisoft has also been surrounded by controversy. Recently, the company was exposed for having a toxic work environment. With executives using their power in sexual misbehavior, forcing high-ranking individuals to resign. Ubisoft has apologized since the news went public and has promised to do better.
