Blizzard has just revealed the rewards that World of Warcraft players will be able to earn from the game's newest faction Niffen Renown which will be coming in the next patch, Embers of Neltharion. Players will be able to earn some underground themed cosmetics and subterranean activities.

Patch 10.1, Embers of Neltharion will be coming in addition with the Aberrus raid, the new massive Dragonflight zone known as Zaralek Cavern, as well as the continuation of the game's story. Embers of Neltharion will also introduce players to the Niffen from the town of Loamm. These subterranean mole folk are the newest Renown faction that players will need to earn reputation for if they want to unlock unique rewards coming to 10.1.

The patch is currently available on the official World of Warcraft public test realm so players have a good sense of what types of rewards they will be able to receive from the Loamm Niffen such as Shadowflame Crests and Flightstones these will help players gear up to take on raids as well as the Mythic+ dungeons found in Dragonflight. If that isn't exactly your cup of tea there is also Sniffenseeking and Snail Racing for the players that just want to have a bit of fun.

There are plenty of new cosmetics coming for players to unlock and not just for their player character. Along with player cosmetics, such as armor sets and a new shovel shaped axe and of course a pickaxe, players will also be able to unlock Dragonflight dragon riding sets. These new special cosmetics will let the more creative players make transmogs themed around fossil hunting and archaeology.

Besides the new faction and new cosmetics, the most recent build of Embers of Neltharion PTR also included new models for various pets and mounts players can unlock. Included in these new companions are The Morsel Sniffer, a shalewing flying mount that looks similar to the sporebats seen from Burning Crusade. However, despite its flying appearance, it cannot be used in Dragonriding, it is still a valuable mount to collect. For the players who want something smaller, there are Paulie and Rango beetle pets.

These are just a few of the things we can expect from patch 10.1 Embers of Neltharion as players will have to earn reputation with the subterranean Niffen of Loamm. With over 20 Renown levels that will soon be coming to the new Niffen faction in Embers of Neltharion, players will have plenty of rewards to look forward to as this patch expands Dragonflight even further.
