In celebration of the Independent Games Festival (IGF), Valve is offering all main competition finalists a Steam distribution agreement. Twenty-three main competition finalists were announced this week, with two finalists already on Steam Greenlight.
The two games already available on Steam Greenlight are Luxuria Superbia and SoundSelf. Both games have been moved to the Greenlit category with plans to release this year. Many of the finalists will sound familiar as they are already available on Steam including The Banner Saga, The Stanley Parable and Don't Starve.
Interesting titles that will hopefully take up the Steam distribution offer include Device 6, where written words are your narrator and map; Mushroom 11, a post-apocalyptic puzzle-platformer and Jazzpunk, a first-person comedy-adventure game set in an alternate reality Cold War world.
All of the IGF main competition finalists are worth checking out. Visit IGF for more information on the festifal and see the complete list of winners here.
