The second episode of Batman: The Telltale Series will release on September 20th.
Called Children of Arkham according to the summary provided by Telltale:
"An old friend becomes a new adversary as Bruce learns more about the Wayne family legacy and Batman escalates the fight against crime and corruption throughout Gotham".
Those wishing to invest into the physical disc can purchase it on September 13th in the US and 16th in EU territories.
