After the massive success of Pokémon GO and now the Pokémon Sun and Moon demo it's hard to doubt that the actual game wasn't going to do well. Instead it did better than expected, with Pokémon Sun and Moon becoming the most pre-ordered game in Nintendo's history.
No specific numbers were given but given the massive success of Pokémon GO when it launch last summer we can imagine that a lot of people will be playing their 3DS systems this November.
