With the upcoming Stormblood expansion coming this summer Square Enix plans to keep Final Fantasy XIV fans busy with a brand new patch this January 17th.
Patch 3.5 called The Far Edge of Fate will continue the Shadows of Mhach story, add an improved party finder system, a new map for PvP, and Duel and Frontline modes getting new updates.
The second part of the patch will release in March.
Final Fantasy XIV is now available for PS4, PS3, PC, and Mac.
