A small warning, if you want to remain spoiler free for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild don't continue forward.
Since it's conception Link didn't seem to dawn the iconic look that fans have become acustomed to, more specifically his green tunic. Nintendo never gave a solid reason behind this until now:
The Tunic is available but no idea what purpose it serves or how to get it. On the Nintendo France Twitter tweeted:
"Bien entendu il y a beaucoup de vêtements disponibles pour le héros, et il sera possible d'avoir la tunique verte que tout le monde connaît."
"Naturally there are many items of clothing available for our hero, and it will indeed be possible to wear the green tunic that everyone knows."
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launches for Nintendo Switch and Wii U March 3rd.
