Announced back in 2014 Crackdown 3 has been seen as the saving grace for the Xbox One's lacking exclusive library. However, the game has been an enigma featuring small pockets of information and a delay since its debut. Xbox's Head Phil Spencer took to Twitter to not only defend Rare's Sea of Thieves, which has been facing backlash due to its lack of content, and answer some questions on Crackdown 3.
