Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 will no longer release this month, as initially planned. The upcoming sci-fi RTS has been pushed back to January 2019, as developer Tindalos Interactive looks to add more polish to the title. That's not all that's being added, either, as the extra time will allow for making the game's three narrative campaigns also playable in co-op. Furthermore, those who pre-order will have access to two pre-order beta periods of which we'll learn more "shortly".

Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 will not only feature three different campaigns set after the events of the Gathering Storm, but also include all of the tabletop's twelve factions. The Factions trailer, narrated by Necron Overlord and collector exraodinaire Trazyn The Infinite himself, gives us another look at the title's many detailed ships, including a Tyranid ship having Imperial dinner. Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is set to launch in January 2019 on PC. Pre-orders are available now, with owners of the original benefitting from a 25% discount.
