Rocksteady Shoots Down Superman and The Game Awards Rumors, No Announcement Expected

Rocksteady not ready to reveal new project

By Grayshadow, Posted 01 Dec 2018

For some time many rumors have been spreading about Rocksteady's next big project. The biggest rumor being a new Superman game, however, Rocksteady has taken a sledgehammer to the rumors and confirmed the next project is not Superman related and no new information about the project will be revealed at The Game Awards 2018.

The news came from Twitter where co-founder of the studio that brought us the Batman: Arkham series won't have anything to reveal at The Game Awards.

Looking forward to #TheGameAwards this year! We’re still hard at work in our development bunker so don’t expect an announcement from @Rocksteadygames. When it’s ready to show, you’ll be the first to know. Spoiler: it’s not Superman ðŸ˜³

There you have it, all those easter eggs from Batman: Arkham Knight and hope for the project's reveal have been debunked. Maybe we'll hear something that E3 2019.
