GWENT will finally be getting its first expansion tomorrow, March 28th, as The Crimson Curse hits consoles and PC. Based on The Blood and Wine DLC storyline from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, it'll introduce over 10 new cards to the game that'll include new abilities, traits, and mechanics, along with five new leader characters that will be added into the mix, as well as new characters that according to CD Projekt Red are completely new to The Witcher universe.
Today marks the last day to pre-order the expansion and get in on a special deal that includes forty Crimson Curse Kegs, where you'll loot box your way into completing or deck (probably not), the Blood Armor skin for the new Unseen Elder leader, and an animated card back for Crimson Curse. This offer will obviously be void once the expansion is out, since it will then be... erm... a post-order.
