Assassin's Creed Embers Launching With Revelations

It is no news to us that Assassin's Creed Revelations, the third and last game in the Ezio saga, will be released at the end of the year, on November 15th. The game will be set once again in the East, where Ezio seeks to learn more about the past of Altaïr, his ancestor. Recently though Ubisoft announced that those who pre-order the game's limited editions (there are two) will have access to a short movie that serves as a prequel to Revelations, much like Lineage was to Assassin's Creed 2.
Ezio, disguised as Santa in a mission to save Christmas from the Grinch.
From what can be told from the trailer, Ezio has a wife and a daughter, and he fears he can't protect them, fears that are proven valid in a scene where his home is invaded by shady soldiers. The movie also promises to show the signs of age finally catching up with the old man, and not just from an aesthetic standpoint (which reminds me, the art direction is beautiful).
For those who won't be getting their hands on the special editions, the movie will be available on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network for a price yet to be determined. The 20 minutes movie is being developed by UbiWorkshop, which are basically the multimedia merchandise team at Ubisoft. They work on comics, books, movies (duh) and even clothes.
