Through the release of a story-oriented new trailer, Ubisoft has announced that Assassin's Creed Rogue, the new installment of the series released exclusively for last-gen consoles, will be also available for PC, although with a small delay. While the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version will arrive this November, PC players will be able to acquire Rogue in early 2015, with no specifics on what that means exactly.
Assassin's Creed Rogue will conclude the North American chapter of the Assassin's Creed series and, as its name suggests, will feature the story of an assassin who goes rogue and betrays the creed in favor of their sworn enemies: the Knights Templar. The game will take place between the events of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin's Creed III and the historical context will be that of the Seven Years' War.
During this new trailer, we can see familiar faces, such as the ones of Haytham Kenway and Achilles Davenport, which shouldn't surprise anyone who played Assassin's Creed III. The game will solve the major question of how the Assassin Order came almost to an end prior to the events of Assassin's Creed III.
