Battleborn's Latest DLC Expands Story and Adds New Multiplayer Mode

The first story expansion for Battleborn, Gearbox Software's MOBA-like shooter, is getting its first story expansion called "Attikus and the Thrall Rebellion".

Now available this will be the first of five-story expansions and adds a new film noir-inspired set of story operations for both solo and cooperative play. The expansion is available as part of the $19.99 season pass or $4.99 if purchased alone.

The new multiplayer mode called "Face-Off" is free for everyone. Teams of five players must kill Varelsi minions to collect and deposit their masks in specific parts of the map. If killed by an enemy player players drop their masks for anyone else to collect. Enemies become increasingly stronger as the game progresses.

Battleborn is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
