Breath of the Wild Prequel Announced, Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity

Today Nintendo confirmed the next The Legend of Zelda title, a prequel to the acclaimed The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild called Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity.

Taking place 100 years before the events of Breath of the Wild this title will be developed by Koei Tecmo, who made Hyrule Warriors. With players experiencing what happened in the Great Calamity.

Join the struggle that brought Hyrule to its knees. Learn more about Zelda, the four Champions, the King of Hyrule, and more through dramatic cutscenes as they try to save the kingdom from Calamity. Play the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity game to see firsthand what happened 100 years ago.

The title will release November 20th for $59.99 with a pre-order bonus of Lucky Ladle being offered.
