Co-op Arcade Shooter Halo: Fireteam Raven Announced

The next entry in the popular Halo franchise isn't a console exclusive, but an arcade shooter called Halo: Fireteam Raven.

The news comes from the official Halo Waypoint website and is being co-developed by Raw Thrills and Play Mechanix.

Set in 2001 players will take control of a member of Fireteam Raven, a squad of ODST troopers, to prevent Covenant alliance from claiming a superweapon.

Like other arcade shooters you can play alone or with friends. The arcade cabinet will include a 4K 130-inch display with 4 turret controllers.

Halo: Fireteam Raven is set to release this summer at Dave and Buster locations.
