Cossacks 3 Is Drawing Closer

It's no doubt been a while since the last Cossacks game. No other RTS allowed you to set as many soldiers against each other as Cossacks did. It turns out that in less than two weeks we'll be able to get at it again. GSC Game World, of S.T.A.L.K.E.R fame, have been working on a remake of the classic RTS. Yes, you read that right, despite the 3 at the end of the title, Cossacks 3 will be an HD remake.

We're promised battles of up to 10000 units, 12 playable nations, five different campaigns and multiplayer battles for up to 7 players, among other things. There's no info regarding the price of Cossacks 3 as of yet. Cossacks 3 will be available on the 20th of September on PC.
