Creators of Futurama Involved in Mobile Game based on the Acclaimed Franchise

TinyCo. and Fox Interactive have announced a brand new mobile game based on the Futurama series called Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow.

According to co-creator David X. Cohen, who will be writing content for the game alongside Matt Groening, will feature "new stories from the original writers, cast, and animators". Rough Draft Studios, who handled the animation for the show, will be involved in the game's creation.

As of now, no release date was given but it's probably safe to assume the game will follow the same mechanics as The Simpsons: Tapped Out and Family Guy The Quest for Stuff.

Gamers interested in the title can pre-register on Google Play.
