Publisher 1C Company has announced Cyberpunk RTS Re-Legion has been pushed back to Q1 2019 after initially being slated for a Fall 2018 release. Although it'll be a while longer until players can lead their own futuristic cult, the title has received a new "atmospheric trailer" that shows it in action in all its purple glory. To those unaware, in Re-Legion you take the role of Elion, as he sets on the path of becoming "a prophet in a futuristic technocratic society". Players will be able to "define their own belief system, convert citizens, and upgrade them into fighting units to rid the city of non-believers.".

The more "ordinary citizens" you convert to your cult, the more CryptoCoins it receives, which enable various upgrades. Praying grants followers special abilities and, depending on the dogmas you choose, the cult can either be merciful or ruthless towards non-believers. Re-Legion is set to launch sometime in Q1 2019 on PC.
