Dark Souls: Remastered Developer Revealed

Dark Souls is widely considered one of the most challenging and best dark fantasy games ever made. Debuting as Demon Souls in 2009 and then become Dark Souls 2011 the franchised was well-received and is now returning as a remastered version for modern consoles, including the Nintendo Switch. Now it has been confirmed that FromSoftware isn't working on the remaster but Virtuos.

Virtuos is best known for remaking Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection, Batman: Return to Arkham, and L.A. Noire for the Nintendo Switch. Given their track record gamers can expect a polished re-release of the original Dark Souls game.

Dark Souls: Remastered is expected to be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 25th of this year.
