Announced back at E3, Darwin Project mixes Battle Royale and survival into one showdown between ten players, with a pesky Show Director on top, that can make lives both great and miserable. The second and final Open Beta for Darwin Project is set to start Friday, February 23 at Noon Pacific / 3 PM Eastern / 9 PM CET, ending Monday, February 26 at 9 AM Pacific / Noon Eastern / 6 PM CET. There's, arguably, time to jump in and give it a shot, especially how this time around, new features will be available to try out. One hour prior to the beta start show matches with special guests will be streamed.

Previously available only to Mixer users, Twitch will also receive Spectator Interactions. Private Matches will allow players to settle scores, while Show Director ratings will make those who add thrills to matches known. A report system will also be in place. Have a look at the full patch notes. The first Open Beta gathered around 80000 players. Darwin Project is set to release on Steam Early Access and Xbox Game Preview in Q1 2018.
