Dragon Ball FighterZ May Get Another Beta

Dragon Ball FighterZ's beta is over and it was an experience. With its conclusion, Bandai Namco confirmed that it will not be extended but another testing period may occur before the game goes public.

Like any other beta the purpose of Dragon Ball FighterZ's testing period was to stress test the servers to ensure a stable launch when the game goes public. The beta proved that the game has some network issues with many players unable to connect to any of the lobbies for hours.

Bandai Namco has addressed the issues and decided that a second beta is open for discussion.

Just to reiterate, the Open Beta will not be extended tonight. We are discussing another round of testing after this Open Beta Test is over. Sorry for any confusion and thanks again for hanging in there while we look into all of the issues you've helped us find.

Dragon Ball FighterZ launches for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on January 26th. Those who pre-order will gain access to Goku and Vegeta's SSGSS forms.
