Final Fantasy XV Must Sell 10 Million Copies!

The development time for Final Fantasy XV spans over 9 years and Square Enix wants everyone to know how large the stakes are for Final Fantasy XV. 

According to the executives at Square Enix the game must sell 10 million copies to be a success, with the Hajime Tabata, the game’s director, confirming the statement. For those needing perspective this means that Final Fantasy XV must outsell Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This number doesn’t include DLC or collector’s editions, 30,000 which consist of the Ultimate Edition.

For those of you who loved the demos, Episode Duscae and Platinum Demo, now it’s your time to support the development team. Buy a copy at launch and don’t wait for it to lower in price. I currently have mine on reserved which means 9,999,999 more people have to buy this game now!

Final Fantasy XV is set to release on September 30 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
