Final Fantasy XV's Noctis Will Voice Rhys in Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 had a lot of new information dropped recently. One was pertaining to the new voice actor for Rhys, would joined the series in Telltale Game's Tales from the Borderlands. Originally voiced by Troy Baker the modified Hyperion employee will now be voiced by Final Fantasy XV's Noctis Ray Chase.

Ray Chase voiced the prince in the English version of Final Fantasy XV and did a fantastic job. Many loved Noctis and he's a fan favorite within the Final Fantasy series. 

Fans were wondering who would take on the role after it was stated by Randy Pitchford that Baker refused. However, Baker stated that Pitchford should "fact check" that statement. No word on who was right and it remains a mystery why Baker wasn't asked to reprise the role.

Borderlands 3 releases on September 13 later this year on Xbox One, PS4, and the Epic Games Store
