Forza Motorsport 5 Free For Xbox Live Gold Subscribers This Weekend

Microsoft is opening Forza Motorsport 5 to all Xbox Live Gold subscribers for the entire weekend. Microsoft is probably hoping that this small taste will get gamers hooked.

Starting on Friday at 12:01 a.m., anyone with an Xbox Live Gold subscription can download Forza Motorsport 5 to their Xbox One for free until Sunday. DLC for Forza Motorsport 5 won't be available during the free trail but gold members will be able to play career mode races, multiplayer modes and use the game's vehicle customization options.

Those living in the US who play Forza Motorsport 5 this weekend will be entered to win a three-day trip to the Forza Motorsport Grand Prix Road Racing Class at the Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. No purchase is necessary to enter, but a valid driver's license is necessary to attend the course.

Forza Motorsport 5 was developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Microsoft as a launch title for the Xbox One. Currently it holds the record as the fastest-selling racing game in Xbox history.
