Gears 5 Trailer Gives a Overview of all the Launch Maps

Gears 5 launches next month, now available for pre-loading, and will include 11 maps at launch. 7 of the maps will be Versus and Horde maps and the other 4 will be Escape maps. With a new trailer providing an overview of each of the maps.

Gears 5's Asylum has 3 strong lanes where a train cuts through. Bunker is the largest arena map is set in an old base. District is based on a new COG settlement and features a lot of small businesses for close-range fighting and a long stripe for long-range combat. Exhibit is an a-symmetrical musem and has press triggered lasers. Icebound is an outsider trading post with breakable ice floors. Training Grounds was featured in the beta and includes more elaborate paths. Vasgar is an a-symmetrical map that contains lots of close-range outside areas and a long-range death zone in the middle.

The Hive will Gauntlet, Descent, and Mines at launch. Each featuring multiple paths, with players having to get through the bottom of the Hive and escape to the surface. 

Gears 5 releases for the PC and Xbox One on Sept. 10 and September 6th for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members and those with the Ultimate Edition of Gears 5.
